After the score remained tied at 2-2 at the end of normal time, FVWA converted all the five attempts from the penal-ty spot with only four of the IVFA veterans able to best the rival custodian during the shoot-out.
Earlier, L Surchandra (39th) and K Sanatomba (53rd) scored for the Canchipur veterans while G Dhanakumar (49th) and Rajen Khangamba (60th) restored parity for the eventual champions.
FVWA were awarded Rs 20,000 and IVFA half the amount while third position winner IEVFA, Salanthong received Rs 5000 .
The fair play trophy went to VSAC, Churachandpur with Rajen Khangamba declared the tournament's best player and Ch Deven bagging the top scorer award on a competition tally of six.
