The pre-season camp, basically aimed at team-building and conditioning, will continue for about a month after which the team is likely to visit a couple of neigbouring states and play a few exhibition matches.
The Federation Cup, which will be played in September, will be the first official tournament for the Shillong-based side, which finished 10th in the I-League last season with 28 points.
The squad is almost ready apart from that three foreigners are yet to selected with Liberian Johnny Menyongar, who was with the team last season as well, the only foreigner confirmed so far.
"A few foreigners will be coming for trials soon and we are hoping to confirm our remaining three foreigners by the end of this month," informed the general secretary of the club Larsing Ming Sawyan.
It has been learnt that three defenders — one each from USA, North Korea and Brazil — will be arriving for trials along with strikers from Ghana, Guinea and Portugal.
