Dalbir Football Academy of Patiala and SAS Mizoram played a goalless draw and split points in a Group C match of the 9th Administrator s Challenge Cup Football Tournament for Under-17 being organised by the Chandigarh Sports Department at the Sector 17 Football Stadium here today. Three Dalbir Football Academy players -- Lovjot, Robert and Shailender have been declared overge by the medical examinations, including ossification test at Sector 16 Government Multi Speciality Hospital today. Both teams were evenly balanced and exhibited football skills in the rough and tough play. Daljit Football Academy had an opportunity to score but Amanjot shot wide with Mizoram goalkeeper Eddie Zoramnamia advancing to foil him. Mizoram had two golden opportunities to score but Lalvendong muffed these chances. On the first occasion, his angular shot from close just sailed over the bar. In his next move, Lalvendong got the better of two DF Academy players before missing an open chance. C Lalhlipuia (17th), MS Damngliana (33rd), PC Vanlolremrvatpuia (87th) of SAS Mizoram and Jobanpreet Singh (50th), Mohd Sagar (82nd) and Mohd Javed (87th) were cautioned and show yellow card for indulging in rough play.
