Imphal, Jan 3 : Seram Lokeshore Singh, who is a sportsman first and a retired academician later, feels a lot remains to be done to bring Manipur sports to its maximum potential.
Lokeshore made his mark in athletics, football and led the state contingent as chef-de-mission in two National Games.
“We have infrastructure but it needs to be updated. We need modern technology to be incorporated with whatever we have now.
One is not calling for immediate facelift, but we need to keep track and move with the changing trends to suit our players,” he said.
