At Jiribam Hr Sec School ground today, SN Singh of 5 AR scored a brace in the 17th and 49th minutes before Joseph Ralte scored the winning goal in the 50th minute.
The final match was graced by DGP Y Joykumar and ADC Jiribam Y Iboyaima as chief guest and functional president.
